Section 105
Trust account
The bank may open and operate a separate account as a trust account for special purposes. The amount deposited in such account cannot be used for any other purpose. The assets in such accounts will be used only to fulfill the obligations of such accounts and the bank will not be allowed to use the funds or assets in other accounts to fulfill such obligations.
